Yes, if you provide an email address during checkout you should receive a shipping notice with your tracking details included. If for some reason you did not receive this email, please first check your spam folder, if it is still not there please email us at peachycares@gmail.com.
We can help you! If you order during the week and need a quick turnaround. Add RUSH MY ORDER to your cart and we will make sure that it is the first order shipped out that day. This is subject to normal operating business hours only.

Please contact ROUTE if you had damages in your shipping process. If you did not add ROUTE to your order, we highly recommend that you do this for all future orders. It is a minimal costs to protect your order when the shipping company fails to honor their errors. We will not be responsible for the financial loss if the shipping carrier is to blame for order damages.
If you did not have ROUTE, please contact the shipping carrier and begin a claim with them to have your order reimbursed. We ship with Fedex, UPS and USPS. We will try to assist you with this as we are able.
During checkout you will find a variety of shipping options that are best suited for the size of your package. We work with Fedex, UPS and USPS, ranging from first-class to 2day Priority. Unless the order ships free it is the customers responsibility to ensure they pick the shipping option that best fits their needs. We highy recommend that you insure your purchase with ROUTE package insurance that is offered during checkout.

If you fail to update your Olive account, or shipping address during checkout we will not be responsible for replacing or refunding this order. Additionally, you may be able to assist in having the address updated, this often is possible by paying a fee.
Route is a third-party order insurance company that we work with in order to better protect your investment. Make sure your package arrives to you in acceptable condition by selecting the option to add ROUTE to your order for a minimal fee. They will replace, or refund your order if the item is out of stock. This is the best way to protect your orders from Olive's Outlet, Peachy Olive and many other major companies.

Orders typically ship out 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday evening-Sunday night are shipped out when business hours resume.
Yes we do and it is based on package size and final destination.
It depends on the destination. All orders outside of the US, Canada, and Australia are shipped as duties, customs, and taxes unpaid. In the event that your order is charged taxes or customs duties, you will be responsible for all expenses incurred, which will be non-refundable.
Within 5 days of receiving your order you must contact us at peachycares@gmail.com if there are any physical damages or defects to your product. This does not apply to damages that are incurred during the shipping process.
If any of the items you purhcased were sale, liquidation, discontinued or a part of bundle they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We do not offer exchanges on orders placed.
